TESTIMONIAL
I've kept myself in shape
for many years but the pressure of travel and work was finally
taking its toll on me. So, I began training at a gym but it wasn't
the same since I needed some form of guidance or motivation that
could jumpstart my exercising. During this time, I was discussing to
a friend of mine about my fitness goals who then mentioned he knew
an outstanding trainer in all aspects of health and wellness. So I
began training with Richard doing more in less time. His approach
and wide range of training exercises opened up a whole new way for
me to build the advanced strength, endurance, and fitness I needed.
Thank you Richard! "
